Scott and Sterling came to my parent's house to evaluate a defective roof/patio and extensive interior water damage. They were extremely professional, thoughtful and prompt. Scott took time to consider multiple options and carefully guide us through the repair and insurance process. He was very accommodating to our specific family dynamic and we really appreciated his ability to navigate a complicated situation. I would absolutely recommend Pro Select Roofing to anyone in the DFW area. It's a relief to have found such a trustworthy contractor, who kept our best interest at the forefront.

I had Pro Select Roofing fix roof damage that had occurred in the storm of March 2, 2023. We had several areas of shingles blown off our roof by the high winds. They were able to send someone out on March 4 to check the damage, and got a repair estimate to us the next week. After we got HOA approval they were able to quickly get us on their schedule. They fixed all of the damaged areas, and then checked the rest of the roof for any other damage. The work was completed at a very acceptable price. I have worked with the owner over the years for several projects, and always been happy with the work and service.

I highly recommend Pro Select Roofing! Scott was amazing from his initial inspection to the completion of our new roof. Scott was very timely and his communication was excellent. Unlike our previous roofer who installed construction grade shingles, Scott went with a upgraded quality 30 year shingle. His crew was excellent, efficient, and friendly and they did a very thorough job cleaning up at the end of the install. Scott also was able to get me some great pricing on some quality solar screens. When I was looking to get my Roof replaced I Google searched and Found them. I called to set up a Inspection and Scott came by and told me everything I wanted to know. about a week later the Roofers came at 7am and completed work by 12pm. Last few weeks we had some rain and wind and the roof has held up with no issues what so ever. When I was having some issues with my Insurance company on receiving funds they were patient with me and allowed me time to pay the remainder. If I ever need any work or if my friends need any roof work I will always recommend them. Easy to work with, Not pushy or trying to up sell you. Kind and helpful.

Pro Select Roofing recently replaced two roofs on our property. Sterling Adair was the project manager, and his communication, timeliness, helpfulness, and expertise made our roof replacement not only seamless but also a thoroughly pleasant experience. From the first call to inquire about an estimate to the minute the job was complete, Sterling was always available for questions and highly effective and knowledgeable in all aspects of the roofing installation, materials management, and insurance process. Because of Sterling, this job was completed in a manner that far exceeded my expectations. The crew finished the job in less time than originally thought, and we are thrilled with our new beautiful roof.

We had some wood rot on the 2x4s and 2x6s which frame our chimney. The chimney went from ground level to nearly 30' high. I called ProSelect after finding them as a local Keller business and asked for them to come inspect and give a bid. Scott Garrett, the owner, personally came out and inspected what I was looking to have done. We talked through the work. Everything was transparent, easy to understand, and clear on what was going to be fixed. I received a bid for the work just a day or so later. The process was simple and I felt very confident working with Scott. Also the pricing was more inline with what I had estimated given my perceived labor/material costs. Other bids I had received, inflated the work substantially because of the chimney height. ProSelect didn't do this. It was estimated as a two day job and 99% was done in two days. The head guy of the crew came back on Saturday morning (day 3) to paint some areas that had thicker caulking and he wanted to give extra time to fully dry. He wanted to ensure it was all done right. All the work was done very well. The entire process end-to-end exceeded all expectations. I love supporting family owned businesses locally to Keller who do great work. ProSelect Roofing is who I'll call in the future for any outdoor repairs/work I have on my home.

Working with Scott and Rob on replacing our roof and repairing/staining our fence was an amazingly smooth process and very affordable. Scott was always available to answer questions and I never had to reach out twice with same question...and I ask a lot of questions. I honestly did not know this level of customer service still existed not to mention the quality of work. I could not be more pleased with my new roof and fence repairs. I recently hired Pro Select Roofing because after I talked to Scott, the owner I immediately felt comfortable. He took the time to respond to my many questions in a timely manner. He gave me a written estimate with lots of options depending on which type of shingle, etc that I wanted to use. Once we agreed on a price it never changed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. With recent high winds and heavy rains I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling caused by a slow leak from two roof vents. Christopher was able to come out to take a look the same day I called as a new customer. He checked out the damage even when the roof was wet from the rain and came back down with pictures to throughly explain the problem. He put together an estimate using their software and emailed it to me for review and approval right then and there. As soon as I hit send they scheduled my repair for the very next morning. Christopher and Cesar let me know exactly when they’d be arriving and my whole repair was done within in an hour. After all was said and done my bill was the exact amount of the estimate I’d approved and I got a digital copy of the repair and invoice instantly. Let this company help you as quickly, economically, and professionally as they helped me!

A bad storm (EF-0) took about 15 shingles off the ridge of our roof. After discovering the damage the next morning, I contacted Scott and he came over mid-day to take a look and give an estimate. He was concerned that there might be a hole in the roof into the house depending on how the ridge shingles were installed. I checked in the attic and he was right. He had his workers come later that evening to replace the shingles. The new shingles blend in so well that I can't even tell where the new ones are.

Scott and his company are top notch. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using this company for all your roofing needs. We only needed a small area patched, but they treated us like we were investing thousands of dollars to get a new roof. Just like a lot of reputable small businesses, there's a high level of trust and integrity that shine through when you can work directly with the owner. Scott was the only roofing company that would come out and give me a quote. All the rest said they would do the job for what insurance estimator quoted. I had many conversations and questions, Scott was very knowledgable and answered every question and also gave me some good ideas. My house looks amazing and after the job was done, the crew cleaned up so I couldn't tell there had been any kind of work done to my house. One a 1-10 scale the job done was an 11. I am going to have some attic ventilation installed in the fall and without doubt will use Pro Select Roofing. I just can't say enough good things about this company.
